Executive Chef Durga Prasad was a member of the opening team of Bukhara in 1977. He has spent years traveling the world opening fine restaurants and hotels, most recently Tamarind in NYC. He is a welcome addition to our team and the fabulous restaurant scene in Chapel Hill
